Sodium limits...

How come the sodium limit doesn't change when your calories change?

Sometimes I eat light so I can have a heavy meal with friends or family the day after. But with one day eating 1000 cals, and the next eating 2000 cals, I'm expected to eat only 2500 mg of salt on the 2000 cal day?

How come it isn't (for example) 1000 mg on the first day and 3000 mg on the second day?

I find it hard to have a refuel day and stay under 2500 mg. Can I "save up" sodium allowance the same way I can save up calories?

I just use the custom feature and reset my daily goals as needed.

Thanks - can I reset it to be 1000 mg per 1000 calories or something like that?

It doesn't look like it, but you can customize your totals on a daily basis, I suppose. It looks like the only things that move with calories are the proteins, carbs and fats. It looks like everything else stays static to what you set it to.

Thanks :) I guess it doesn't matter too much day to day, I'll forget about the daily stuff and just aim for weekly goals.
