What is your goal?

Target BMI?
Target BF%?
Target weight?
Target measurements?

I have a target BMI (22.5), a target BF (25%), a target weight (65 kgs) and as far as measurements, I want to be a size 10 AUS.

Do you have one goal or many? Is one better than the other?

I am 1.7 m tall, so the BMI gets me a target weight of 65 kg. 65 kg just happens to be a size 10 for me, and my goal weight anyway.

At 25% BF, that's 65*0.25=16.25 kg of body fat. I am currently 78.4 kgs at 32% bf = 25 kgs of body fat. So I'm guessing I need to lose 8.75 kgs of body fat.

I'm guessing then that the (78.4-65) = 13.4 kgs to lose, 8.75 kgs is fat and the rest is water / LBM etc. Losing 65% BF seems a bit low, I thought we should aim for 75%?
