What cardio do you do the day after leg day?

I hurt LOL.
Any suggestions for how to limber up and burn a few calories (not many, maybe only 200-300) the day after leg day?
I can't squat.

Speed rope.
Not right now though, if you never speed rope. First get your body adapted to it, then it becomes an awesome recovery exercise.0 -
The elliptical is my fall back for sore days. 40 mins to and hour.0

Oh fantastic idea.
Right now I'm struggling to walk. I am going to hit the cross trainer merely to warm the muscles and then do some stretching.
It was so worth it though - first time ever I've been about to complete 100 kg leg press inclines, 3 x 15.0 -
Easy cardio, like 30 minutes on the elliptical, and then I add in a flexibility workout.0

Pretty much nothing. I do cardio and lifting on the same days mostly.0
