What cardio do you do the day after leg day?

I hurt LOL.

Any suggestions for how to limber up and burn a few calories (not many, maybe only 200-300) the day after leg day?

I can't squat.

    Speed rope.

    Not right now though, if you never speed rope. First get your body adapted to it, then it becomes an awesome recovery exercise.

    The elliptical is my fall back for sore days. 40 mins to and hour.

    Oh fantastic idea.

    Right now I'm struggling to walk. I am going to hit the cross trainer merely to warm the muscles and then do some stretching.

    It was so worth it though - first time ever I've been about to complete 100 kg leg press inclines, 3 x 15.

    Easy cardio, like 30 minutes on the elliptical, and then I add in a flexibility workout.

    Pretty much nothing. I do cardio and lifting on the same days mostly.
