I log 200 cals an hour for lifting, minus the BMR for the hour (otherwise MFP counts that burn twice).

Eat at least 1200 net or the MFP anti1200 crowd will skin you and eat you for breakfast. I generally gain weight from high sodium when I've consumed more than 3-4000 mg of sodium the day before. Also before and during my period. Also just after I've started a new exercise routine.

I've got a sinus infection too. I didn't stop exercising... I just replaced c25k with long power walks. I just can't breath well enough to run. So I'll do this until I'm better and repeat the last week. There is no rush :)

I got a cold so yesterday I had to skip c25k and that felt awful. I still got to walk 5 km at 7 km/hr (4.5mph). Reckon I can walk again tonight to retain some fitness or do I HAVE to have two days apart even when walking?

Me too! My squat weight is only 30 kgs and my deadlift is only 30 kgs. My heavy is someone else's trivial. I am loving it though :)

That's what I thought! Seriously, OP, how do you think we got fat in the first place? We got fat because we didn't exercise the skills required to get through these kind of temptations. So it's easy for you. Good for you.

Depends on how often you want to do it. I could cycle every day, but I can't run everyday. But hey - do something you love and keep doing it :)

I am not being unkind. But when someone asks for exercise help and it appears they can hold the position required to ride a horse - it's kinda helpful information to think about other positions they can hold.
