I don't think BMIs are accurate, the range is too big. If you're happy with your weight now then forget about trying to lose the last 5lbs.

I go by the MFP estimate as it knows my weight & height whereas the bike doesn't. But I try not to eat back all the calories earned as ppl say MFP overestimates. Me too, I just recently upped my daily calories from 1200. From looking at your diary you don't seem to be eating proper meals. Though I'm the same My diary is far from healthy recently. You can get plenty of the nutrients you need being a vegetarian.

Some people use things like a Fitbit or a heart rate monitor. Or else the exercise machine that you are using will say how many cals burned. I did WW before yrs ago. It's a pain going to the meetings though I know some people really get a lot out of it. I've been just using this site since 1/1/14 before that I was on a shake (Very low cal diet) to get started. I love this site. Anyone that wants to send me a friend request I'd be happy to accept.

I'm a vegetarian because I don't like eating dead bodies. :sick: I dislike when I tell people I'm a vegetarian and they start trying to argue with me or challenge me. My family still think it's a phase I'm going through, I've been a vegetarian for about 25 yrs.:laugh:

I think you should just put a vest top over your bikini top when you're going to the shop/store. In certain parts of Dublin you'll see a lot of girls/women going out in public in their pyjamas. :noway: I hate it! It's so skanky!

I'm using an exercise bike too as my only form of exercise. It's hard to say if you will see any difference as it depends on a lot of things. Are you eating less calories too, how much do you have to lose etc.? P.s. I get a v sore bum too! I've heard that with any exercise once you're sweating you're burning calories.
