Assuming all your other macros stay the same, upping your protein will increase you total calories. You'd have to decrease your macros somewhere else to balance out the calorie intake.

Oh yeah but I'll gain 7 lbs overnight then lose 6 of it the next day. My body fluctuates to the extreme, however, the trend of loss is pretty steady (when I am losing).

I've lost almost 50 lbs, started at 231 and am now hovering around 185, went from a size XXL shirt and 16 pants to a L shirt and 10 pants and I'm STILL not comfy in my skin, but it will happen. Okay so here's my problem with this procedure. They say it takes up to 6 weeks to see results. Who's to say the person that got the procedure didn't do something different in those 6 weeks to lose those inches? How can the doctors be sure that it was the procedure that actually took off those inches rather than just change…

So what you're saying is, you take in an extra 80 ish calories around 4 pm just before dinner and you let that sabotage your whole day? I can't even fathom that. I started my journey in late Sept to somewhat close tot he holidays. I got a good month under my belt which helped when the holidays did come around. I was losing, which made me motivated to watch what I ate even more during the holidays.

Completely agree. The awkwardness lasted about a whole 5 minutes until I realized no one cared what I was doing there as long as I was being productive taking up the squat rack rather than wasting space when someone else could be using it. :wink:
