Not enough information, however, this seems like an issue you should discuss with your doctor. If you think you're losing too fast, decrease your deficit.

I had a guy once come up to me with his eyes closed and grabbed my chest, then backed off like he was surprised. I looked at him funny and he said "oh sorry, I thought your name tag was in braille". I have a family full of blind people so this line actually worked on me. I don't' recommend it, though.

I lost my first 30 lbs doing only cardio for 3 months. Then I switched to lifting and no cardio and lost another 24 lbs over around 6 months. I'm not sure how much truth there is to the 36 hours burn after lifting. I switched because cardio killed my knee and squats really helped. Now I do lifting 2x a week and body pump…

When you say from the beginning, do you mean with the bar and no weight? If so, you'll probably want to add some weight to it unless you're purely working on form. I stopped the programmed for a good 6 months and started back up at around half the weight I ended off with.

I resisted losing weight because because my husband kept telling me that he wanted a thicker woman. He married me when I was fat and didn't want me to lose it. I told him I loved being his trophy wife but I wanted to be a more active, more fit trophy wife.

I used to work out in the morning and loved it but then my schedule would no longer allow for it :disappointed: I still work out but in the afternoons now after work. I would love to go back to morning workouts.

Everything is fattening if it puts you over your maintenance. CICO. If your only goal is to lose the weight, it doesn't matter where you get calories from as long as your creating a deficit. You macros come into play when you do things like recomp or bulk.
