Life changes

Turned 45 and realized I need to lose about 200 lbs. I've dieted a 100 times before but have never really exercised. 7 weeks ago started a nutrition plan through local hospital and have dropped 38 pounds and pretty much stopped drinking alcohol.
With the nutrition program comes free access to their Gym and Personal Trainer. Today marks my 19th workout and it's quickly changing my life. I actually enjoy weight lifting. Today on top of my workout I flipped a 250 lb tire 50 yards. I would have never imagined I'd be doing this 2 months ago. However, it's embarrassing how weak I was and although I'm getting better, I'm ashamed of what I became.
Anyway, hi all!

Good for you!! And please, don't waste energy regretting what's past, just keep concentrating on who you're becoming! "It's never too late to be what you might have been."0
