Whoohoo! Literally just finished my graduation run today! A little later then to be able to say that I completed my last years resolution, because I had an knee injury in feb and a loss in the family. So I started and stopped a lot, had to begin on the elliptical and then repeated it on a treadmill. This years resolution…

Try w6d1 and w6d2 then go back and try w5d3 again. I know it is out of sequence but I think the jump is too much, and this builds you up to it better.

Wow, well done for taking on the challenge. What are your times? I'm on week 4 so hopefully I will manage it too soon. I was going to combine it with a swim. Ie run to the pool then swim, then walk back. I was thinking of using a waist pack to carry things with, it is smaller than a rucksack, but with 8L capacity should be…

me too, :( So I am going to try, to only have healthy snack, when I do snack (once or twice a day) and to make sure that i have a glass of water with it, instead of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Hope this is an acceptable adaption?

Whoops running a day behind. Fortunately, I try to drink my way through a 2litre bottle each day. So have managed to complete this challenge! Yay!!!

Just completed W4D1, the last 5 mins were difficult. Had to slow right down. Hope it gets better on the next 2 runs, or did you all re-run the week?
-
Here! W3d2 completed this morning. Missed a few workouts :( as I had a few extra work shifts :) Will have to get better at juggling everything.
-
that is so great!

Treadmill. Zenlabs app (@zippywood no gps required! works on timings only, so if you are running as slow as me you probably won't be running 5k, but 30mins is 10 times what I can manage now!) quiet old Nike air leighs, leggings and t-shirts!

Completed W2D2 today! Rewarded myself with a new sports bra! lol!
-
@melissamarah Congratulations! Speed doesn't matter so much for now, making the intervals and keeping up with the program is a great achievement. Keep it up!
-
Hi, on W2D2 myself. It is great to see someone on the same level! What speeds are you using, I think I am going very slow but I dont want to make things too difficult for myself. I figure pace can come later. Good luck!
-
5k is definitely on my list too! Thats why I am trying the c25k program. I have just completed the first week. I dislocated my knee a while back so I am worried about hurting it again, but this takes it very slow, so @isefluffy44 you might want to try it too.

Hi, I have completed c25k on my elliptical, heard it was easier, and now just stated it again on the treadmill. I am planning on keeping up with my 30min on the elliptical on my non running days. What do you all do?
