  • I would just make sure to vary your route. Your body becomes used to an activity once it is done so many times. Obviously, walking 1-2 hours is GREAT! Just makes sure to add some hills if possible! :)

  • I would do some low level pilates. Yes it burns SOME calories, but you also won't be bouncing around and tiring yourself out. If you don't have any routines, check out Netflix watch instantly, OR, check youtube for a 10 minutes beginner pilates video. There is always at least a trial workout you can use in a pinch! :)
