You have to have a deficit to lose weight. You have to burn more calories than eat. I tried low carb....yeah not happening. I do low calorie and the pounds shed.

STICK with it! Thats the only advice I can give, I'm doing it too and its tough even though I do a lot of other work outs I was surprised at how hard this felt for me, but hang in there!!

I'm sorry you are feeling discouraged, that makes me sad. We have insecurities, even those seemingly perfect skinny girls. Try hard not to compare yourself, its sad what society has done to womens body image. Be proud you are there working on a healthier you and try not to focus on them **hugs***

Just politely say no thank you. Easy. :) Its not rude to not eat things that aren't in your diet, or things you don't like.

I am no advice on how to save our lovelies while losing weight, I think its a occupational hazard of working out :( My sister uses gel inserts in her bra and loves them, I might have to try it lol

Hey there, unfortunately there is no such thing as "spot reduction" when losing weight, I SOOOO wish there was. Lowerig you body fat is the only way of I know to get rid of them. Great job on the weight loss.

newfiedan, I do take a omega3 supplement everyday so I was assuming that would help me out with the little amount I get through my actual diet. Is there a place on our info to put our supplements?
