I have done a lot of the BB workouts, my favorite by far is Insanity. I like t25 too but Insanity blows all of the others out of the water. P90x was boring to me and Tony talking drove me crazy lol

Target weight loss has never worked for me. I eat as healthy as I can and do planks to strengthen my core. You will not "bulk up" by lifting weights in 30 days. Avoid pop and alcohol as it causes bloat!
-
I tried to do this, but I failed miserably by my own fault. I would love to friend up and learn with/from you and others. My friend has amazing sucess with Atkins!!! (She had extrememe will power, compared to me) :)

not always so

OP is a woman :)

I get unpleasant comments a lot...far too often but from the other end, but its still rude and uncalled for. She sounds like a very unhappy person and I'm sorry you had to experience that. I've let peoples comments about my weight loss sabatoge me, I totally quit working out for nearly a year and put on weight and hate…

Thats awful people say crap to you. I love yours shoes btw!!!
-
Actually, they are interpreted the same by me. Since I've lost weight I get what I consider rude comments all the time, for example: "Wow, you've lost a lot of weight, eat a cheeseburger!" or "Geez are you anorexic!" I think both are rude and uncalled for. I have no idea why society thinks they have a right to comment on…

and the only reason I don't is because we have a farm, otherwise I probably would!
-
I've heard of them, around here they are marketed as "co ops" I've never participated in them but I don't think I would hesitate too!
-
At least those people are smart enough to accept your generosity, this gal just walked away mad at ME lol

Its not going to happen in 3 weeks. Planks are a great way to strengthen core muscles but those muscles are there maybe you have to shed the layer of fat thats between the outside and the inside to show them off :) There is an old saying "Abs are made in the kitchen" and I believe that, you can do all the crunches you want…

Thats a vicious cycle many of us face, you are not alone. Start with trying to make a few "better choices" every day. Or try to cut back on that extra snack. I'm sure after a long day on your feet its hard to imagine working out but in the long run it will pay off. Don't give up and just keep trying, every day start over…

The was a lady at Meijer asking people in the parking lot for money for gas, I told her to drive over to the gas station and I would fill her tank up as I was headed that way.....she said no, she didn't want to do that...... um then I guess you don't need gas??? I don't care what she would have wanted the money for I may…

First, consult your doctor :) He will know best if you can do this. I know a lot of people, including myself, that have used the Couch to 5k program with great success but please ask your doctor first as only he knows if you and your knees will be able to do this safely, and its always safety first :) I admire your…

I agree. You're doing a great job AND you're doing it in a way that it will STAY off. I got frustrated like you feel many times, still do but you are doing great. There is no instant gratification in weight loss, only a lifetime of reward! Push on friend!

Whoa!!! So you REALLY like him?? :)

We paid for a veterans dinner, it was cute to watch him walk around the restaurant seeing if he "knew" anyone. I told our waitress to make sure he didn't find out. BUT guess what he did, he paid it forward INSTANTLY he gave his waitress all the money his bill totaled as a tip even though we had that covered too, she was…

WTG!!! So pretty~

Sounds fun, I always have gals that come into my Zumba class with the step counters on and in one hour they log about 5500 steps, they love it! Get to dancing and get those steps in easily! I'm not sure how accurate those ped things are but the ladies always love their results :)

] I was not quoting or referring to your post...never even read it...it's my opinion and experience personally
-
Exactly, I have no idea why someone couldn't figure out a healthier way to add protein than drinking a bunch of processed crap.
-
LULZ- yeah no. yer wrong. Not a serious body builder- still use protein. it's delicious with my yogurt- gets me an added umph in protein- I'm aiming for 150 grams if not more- hard to eat that much chicken. I think anyone drinking muscle milk and thinking they are going to get anywhere without the work is crazy- but just…

its my opinion....and your right I don't have any idea why someone who isn't busting their *kitten* buiding beyond moderate muscle would waste their money. Its my opinion you don't have to insult me over it.
-
I said IMO, which means in my opinion and I've been around a lot of body builders who agree with me.
-
I don't get caught up in the "eating back" calories. Stay within a deficeit and exercise as you will. I also am not sold on the "starvation mode" theory, try selling that story to people on survivor lol Bottom line, burn more calories than you eat....you will lose weight.
-
WTG!!! You look great! I bet you are feeling like a million bucks :)
-
WTG!!!! You are gorgeous!
-
I feel your pain ;) Drink water, have cute up raw veggies on hand and do that instead, OR if you eat it make yourself work for that deficiet. There are a lot of times I look at something and go that'll cost me an hour of workout time to eat and I pass on it! Calories in, easy. Calories out, no so much.
-
No. And actually ADDING a shake of whey protein is a waste of money, calories etc if you a not a serious body builder. IMO Some may argue but adding these shakes drives me crazy, there is no point for most. Focus on calorie deficeit :)
