I'm new to the whole weight loss, I'm 19 years old and 6ft 1 and I weigh a good 17 stone which everytime I look in the mirror brings me down!
Could any body help with what food and meals I could eat and what exercises I could do what are not incredibly time consuming
Thankyou

Then eat what you wish to stay at those numbers.
As for as workouts.
ANYTHING.
Go for a walk. Go for a run. Pushups. SItups. Anything more than what you are doing now.0 -
I am a apprentice chef, so for most of the day I am on my feet walking around anyway, but I can not seem to motivate myself to wake up that little earlier of a morning to go for a jog or any over form of exercise and then when I feel down again because of my weight I eat more0

Thats a vicious cycle many of us face, you are not alone.
Start with trying to make a few "better choices" every day. Or try to cut back on that extra snack. I'm sure after a long day on your feet its hard to imagine working out but in the long run it will pay off.
Don't give up and just keep trying, every day start over if you have to.
You CAN do it!0 -
In the next 3 weeks I will be using a motorbike to get to work. Which will buy me a extra hour and 10 minutes extra at home before I have to leave for work, I have tried jogging before and I can not get very far and it puts me off, I might ask my mum if she can be my jogging partner to motivate me through it and see how that goes, and also take in my own meals for lunch at work instead of having pizza 3 times a week,
Thanks for the advice0 -
