Keep up the good work! I started counting calories the beginning of the month and have derailed a bit these last few days. You just inspired me to do better and get back on track! I haven't weighed since March 1st and plan on seeing great results April 1st! It's a complete lifestyle change but well worth it!

Were you exercising before? You may be building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I've only been dieting for a week as well and am scared to get on the scale this early because of this reason.

So far I haven't started.. Lack motivation I guess. Aiming to begin Monday... Hopefully by then, I can figure out a diet plan!
