Started yesterday, so I'm out 7 days and I have a son with a birthday coming up - must...control...sweet tooth...- but I'll see if I can pull this off. 3 weeks, 5 pounds. Not impossible, especially at the very start, right? Yardwork ramping up here in N TX, so I'll have to be active... let's go!

Hey there from DFW. Doctor recommended MFP, looks like it has all the basic tools I've used before but with a better interface. Starting to roll into this slowly, but hoping that it will build momentum quickly. My wife is also ready to cut some weight, so we can lean on each other (or whip each other as the case may be).…
