Well I want to get rid of the fat and replace it with some muscles but I was wondering if I had to wait until I get slim to lift weights or I'll burn the fat by lifting weights already. :smile:

At the moment I'm doing lots of cardio and some exercises without weights and I do see a little bit of results though I'm sure I could get more. That's why I felt like asking you guys :smile: I agree with what you're saying, cannot wait to try it out! Thank you all!!!
