I added you. I'm in the same boat - would love some active logging new mommy friends to stay motivated and who understand the things new mommies go through!

Thank you for posting! Your story is such an inspiration! God bless!

I haven't completely cut out anything. I have severely limited soda - have had two sodas in two months. Cut back on alcohol. If I must do fast food, I check nutrition first and make my decision based on where I am for that day's goals. I agree, moderation is key.

My weekly goal is 3000 calories :)

Honestly - I can't wait to drop a few cup sizes! Of course, large breasts have led to back problems in my family so I would love to avoid that!!

Howdy group :) I'm 29 years old and recently rejoined MFP to get my butt in gear. My husband and I want to begin to try to get pregnant to have children within about two years and my main goal is to be 100% healthy and fit and living a healthy lifestyle to be able to have a healthy pregnancy. I had about 55lbs to lose when…

I have one LARGE cup of coffee in the morning...and I now measure two tablespoons of my International Delight French Vanilla creamer at 70 calorie total. Not giving that up, but I have DEFINITELY cut back on the creamer amount once I looked at the calorie content.

So glad I found this post! Literally yesterday I noticed that my Planet Fitness has these!! They only have about 6 tucked away in front of about 30 treadmills and 30 ellipticals and beside the bikes, so I had pretty much missed them until now. I love the elliptical and I think I am going to try this out tomorrow to get in…

Congrats! That's great :)

Seems totally normal to me! I 'feel' fat today - now that may just be my mind telling myself that because I splurged some this weekend that it all went to my ___ (insert appropriate hated body part here), or I may just be having an off day. Some days I feel amazing, others not so much. I KNOW I am making progress, so on my…

I enjoyed the core components of the ad and agree that we(women) often are much harder on ourselves that anyone else. We just need to stop and appreciate who we ARE. That always shines through. LOVE Dove Winter Care...not sure what I will do once I run out since winter is over!

Awww    Best story I have read today!!

You look fantastic! Such an inspiration! I was in the same boat with having many commitments and always using "I don't have time" as an excuse. Agree with you 100% that if you want something bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen. God Bless!

Yeah girl - HUGE difference! Way to go!

YAY! Congrats :)

Fantabulous!!!!!!!!!

I was too. I don't like not knowing my way around all the machines, etc and felt like I would look 'stupid'...I paid for two months of a gym membership before actually setting foot in the gym. The first time in is always the hardest. The second time is much easier and by the third time, you will already be developing a…

Everyone's NSVs are great! Love seeing progress outside of weighing in!

Today, I realized that I have exercised every single day for a month straight! Every. Single. Day. Nice 'record' to start if I do say so myself!
-
Aww! What a great feeling!

That's great! Congrats!

That would be true with UK accents as well - definitely a regional difference. I found that the farther north and closer to Scotland I got in England, the thicker the accent sounded to me. There were times I had to have people repeat themselves because I couldn't understand them!
-
When I went to England, everyone got a kick out of me saying Y'all - and guess what, 'y'all' can not be properly said with a British accent. Hilarious.
-
Yes. Exactly. I have found that making meals from scratch SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the cost. We stay away from prepackaged anything!
