  • Strap that baby in a stroller and literally walk that butt off. Believe me that is all you need at your age and post baby. No need to over complicate it. eat healthy and walk everyday and you will see results and gain more energy. The hardest part is getting going, I know I've been there. Good luck!

  • I don't think your setting yourself up as long as your not trying to manipulate the scale. I would try to weigh yourself no more than once a week though. One thing that helps me is to put the scale away (out of sight) until weigh in time.
