I would love to make some burritos for the freezer with this chicken recipe. I have never frozen anything with cream cheese it it before. I wonder if the consistency or taste would be affected after defrosting. Anybody have any idea on that?

I made this a while back. I cooked it in muffin tins, made it much easier to manage portion wise. The taste? ehh... Kids liked it though.
