Well I have a really busy day tomorrow so I may not be on very much. I just wanted to wish everyone luck tomorrow and I hope you all have a great day. My kids seem to do better when someone else (aka photographer) tells them to sit still. I am only able to work out MWF and I do 60 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights. I dont eat anything prior to my workout and I feel fine... so I cant help you there. I just looked into a group twenty pound somethings under message boards general discussion. They are losing 20 lbs in 13 weeks. I use the eliptical at my gym. I do one of the preset programs and I but 650 cal in 35 minutes. Granted I work my butt off for it. Just thought youd be interested. Good Luck!

I am having a problem snacking. :explode: :explode: Shortly after I eat I feel like I need something else. I dont know if this is just habit or if it is what I am eating. Good luck! I dont really care for stationary bikes...they dont seem to do anything for me. Until recently I didnt like running on a tredmill but now I am up to 20 minutes and it makes me feel accomplished afterwards. Keep it up!
