Great job working out 5 days in a row!! Ya know.. sometimes you just have to eat a bagel! Ifind if I dont eat a small portion of my craving im going to gorge on it later.

I asked this too, a few weeks back. I was weighing every day, but it would be +/- 2# everyday. So now I try to just do it sat morning and record that weight.
