I started 2 days ago and noticed the same thing! Today I exceeded my sugar limit at breakfast! Sodium is pretty tough for me, too, and I'm not even logging in the diet soda I drink. Oh well, I guess in time I'll be able to pay attention to sugar grams, too...

I love granola bars, but at this point they are too similar to real sweets and they trigger binge episodes for me. So right now my favorite healthy snack is yogurt!

Oooh I agree I love fitness blender! Although, I'm a little overwhelmed by the amount of burpees they squeeze in each workout. But I guess they're pretty effective...

Jillian Michaels!! Last year i did 30DS, ripped in 30 (which is very similar to 30ds but tougher) and body revolution (which is the most complete one!). She's great at explaining good form.

I totally agree. The problem for me is that I really LIKE food, especially sweet stuff. It seems like everything is better and more pleasant if food is involved.
