Any Binge Eaters?

Hey I'm new here and looking for support. I am a binge eater and I'm trying to get rid of the habit. Would be great if I could get friends who have been/are binge eaters to support one another. Or any person who would be willing to be my friend

Fighting the battle as well, the last 3 years brought me a wave of life changes and stress and I started binge eating to comfort myself. I'm doing pretty well right now, think about what motivates you to stop and cling to it, YOU CAN DO THIS!
