I agree on just getting out there and doing it. Take the kids for a walk in the park, if your weather is still good for that. I walk every single day. I just compared the zumbacalories site with the high impact aerobics one that I use here. I get very close to the same calories burnt. Instructors and zumba types vary. There is Zumba Gold, water, toning, etc. Some instructors even do more of a calisthenics workout. My instructor teaches many different classes in all…

I use the aerobic exercise figures...then renamed it for zumba. You could use high or low impact depending on how hard you zumba.

I plan on tracking once I reach my goal. It will keep me accountable and help me keep from sliding back up again. I have goals with rewards right now, as I reach them. I think I'll add incentive rewards for keeping the weight off this time.

I guess that's why I don't track my sugars. It's not a huge issue for me, health-wise and it's just stressful to see the numbers always too high because of eating the healthy fruits. I want my fruit for my snacks.
