The workout does have me standing on the band most of the time. Many moves involve some type of leg/arm combination move. Example: squat with bicep curl. My "ideal" body weight is 98lbs. I don't think I've ever weighed 98lbs in my life! I felt pretty healthy around 110 or 115, but I don't see myself ever shooting for less. I don't want to look like a skeleton.

I am on week 2 and even after doing all the workouts, that 20 minute HIIT left me a little sore today. Guess that means I was working hard, so its a good pain. Beachbody DVDs are about $120 per set. Add up the charges per month with each payment option to make sure it's ~$120, but I don't think they screw you on that.

I'm currently a 36DD and would love to at least go back to a 34DD. It's been about 5 years since I was that small.... And I'm only 5' so it seems like they're so much larger. Congratulations and keep up the good work!
