For me, it's definitely a texture thing. I also dont do soggy things. No bread pudding, soft scrambled eggs, ,soggy toast, french toast where it is still moist inside, and definitely not soggy cereal! I thought I was the only weird one about tapioca and meat with bones, lol!

No strawberries here either... cant even stand the smell when others are eating them in the same room. I like all other berries I have eaten.

No, anything I have seen alive is out. Never could be a hunter or pick out a lobster at a restaurant. Fishing is out as well. Only things I I kill are mosquito's and flies. Spiders get carried outside.

Yep. absolutely no foods touching on my plate. And nothing with gravy, stew included. Will eat broth soups, and Cream of Mushroom soup but that's the closest to gravy I get.

Prozac is good for not gaining weight, and my doctor just changed me from Prozac to Effexor which she said was similar for lack of weight gain.

I weigh myself 3-5 times daily... but document it about once a week. I have weighed myself like this since I hit HS, and it's one of the 'few' leftover disordered eating issues I still have. But I don't stress about it, but rather analyze if I consumed too much sodium the day before.

I didn't see where you mentioned exactly when you had the knee surgery. At any rate, if its been within the past few months... you are still healing and need that increased protein intake. Healing requires an increased metabolic demand, and a healthy person on bed rest still loses 3-4% muscle mass per day. Best wishes to…
