So far I've been successful because I do not stress myself out when I go way over my calories. I do eat frozen meals, but I also cook my own food, eat more fruit and vegetables, and exercise. Also, I don't deprive myself. If I want to eat a hot dog or fried chicken, I do it. Plus I've been very patient with my weight loss.…

Omega juicer right here! I got mine on sale back in 2013 It's a masticating juicer which works great for me. I have had no problems.

Did 4 days this week then I got sick as a dog and could not workout on Friday. I'll start week two on Monday.

Yeah, I've worked nights before and agree with the other posters. I would eat my dinner before work around 5pm. At 9pm I would eat my "lunch", midnight and 3am snacks, and around 4-5 am I would eat breakfast. Once I was done with report by 7:30, I was home by say 8ish am and time for bed.
