You can do this! Just start by eating whatever you like and just measuring out 1 serving size according to the nutritional guide on the box. Drink lots of calorie free liquids to fill up on and start there. I know diet sodas are "bad" but start there. Slow and steady wins the race! For example, when I started, I still ate…

You may be eating all the "right" foods, but are you measuring them? I would invest in a digital food scale. It's amazing how many calories are in a single serving size.....hope that helps :)

Vegetables have lots of protein, such as Spinach, kale, avocados, apricots, etc.....google protein rich vegetables and fruits.....:flowerforyou:

I love mfp! It is the best tool I have used in my life! You get your allotted calories for the day, which you could use as you like! You can spread them out all day or eat a huge high calorie meal at once.....either way, just stay under your goal calories for the day! I used to eat a Costco slice of pizza (800 calories )…
