  • Hi...just stick with the warm up until you feel ready to move on. It's great to push yourself but you don't want to injure yourself or get burned out. Take it slowly. Try adding some walks during the day with baby in tow.

  • I think "bump" is like "ditto"...you repeat the question. Read your labels for grams of sugar...don't include fruit!
  • For what it's worth...you look fantastic!!! I agree with everyone else who has posted a comment to you here...don't listen to the negative. Do what you want for yourself and no one else. Remember how The Lord suffered and all those negative comments will just fade away. :flowerforyou:
  • The more support the better!! Feel free to add me!!
  • Choose your carbs wisely and make sure you follow up with protein after a run.
  • I gave up sugars for Lent so its not too hard for me to avoid sugar all together. I do try to keep my sugar intake low so I read the labels!! My yogurt has only 6gms of sugar, I choose sugar-free foods but I do love fruits! Anything natural, like fruits I accept more than processed sugars.
  • Hey, we're here for you!! You have so many reasons to turn your health around and I'm positive your parents would want that for you as well!!!! Set a reasonable goal for yourself and start out slow. Take walks, take stairs. Boxing is a great stress reliever!! What ever emotions you are feeling you can box them up and down…

  • You can't do this "just to show your husband"!!!! You need to do this for YOU and your overall health!!!! Exercise and diet, yes but self confidence and motivation are key!!! If you are not in this whole heartedly, you will not see results. Keep your calories under, cut your carbs, keep processed sugars out of your mouth…

  • If you try to do too much at the beginning, you'll get burned out and talk yourself out of exercising. I agree that starting off at a slow pace, like taking walks, is good for beginners. With walking all you need to do is increase your pace and distance. Once you start feeling better, you'll want to do more, believe me!!!…

  • As long as you are eating healthy and exercising the weight should come off in no time! I remember when I was 19...I could skip a meal here and there and lose pounds with out a problem! I was very active as well. Now the weight comes off a bit slower...but at least it comes off!! Good luck!!!
  • I follow Jillian Michaels' method...strength, cardio, abs...works for me!!!
  • Welcome!! Feel free to friend me!!!
  • I could live on salads, fruits and fish...but the hubby needs meat!! TJ's has a fantastic Italian Turkey Meatloaf that really is delicious!! I have found that their frozen brown rice is good and easy. There is also a hardy bread with only 10mg of sodium per slice that my husband likes...Sprouted Multigrain Bread!! My…
