Honestly I think they are just jealous that I tend to eat better then they do :tongue: 'Haters will hate' right and sometimes people just want to bring you down, there are a few veggies that you can have too many of... I have the Starbucks app on my iPhone, it lets me "create" a drink before I order so I know what I am in for, and I can just show the Barista (?) the screen and they write it down on the cup so I don't have to know the lingo

Introvert. I am the quiet one in the group, very hard shell due to past pains and most people think I basically hate them because of it. In truth I am just protecting myself and once they get to know me better we are usually great friends, I can get along with everyone if they just give me some time to warm up.

Sounds like you may be too low in sugars and calories, I usually find if I am going into ketosis I can eat the whole kitchen in one sitting.
