I have to stop with those Starbucks iced drinks!

I just logged an iced green tea soy latte. Holy sugar, batman!

I don't indulge often, but I have been enjoying them a little too much this summer.

My dad just booked a St. Maarten trip for March with the family. Operation "Flat Belly" starts NOW!

I was having 2-3 iced coffees a day at one time with extra cream and sugar... needless to say I didn't lose any weight that year... LOL

I allow myself one or two Frappuccinos (with skim, but whipped cream) each summer. The rest of the time I drink lattes with skim and no sugar.

I used to work there!! Gained 10lbs in under a year :/
In the summer I drink unsweetened green tea lemonades and in the winter I do tea, tea latte's and mistos and only have 1-2 pumps of syrup

I can't give up my Starbucks. I just looked at nutritional info on their website and figured out how to have my favorite drinks for less calories. I usually only get it 3-4 times a week now though and make room for it in my daily calorie limit.

One of my favorite drinks is the White Chocolate Mocha. I get the smallest size with nonfat milk, no whipped cream and only 2 pumps of syrup instead of 4. This substantially reduced the calories, fat and sugar. It still tastes delicious and lasts me for hours cuz I just keep adding black coffee to it!

A Starbucks Coffee Light Frappacino isn't too bad -- pretty darn tasty (and filling!) at 110 calories.

If you order it skinny it's not that bad! I think it means skim and sugar free syrup

I just started making my own coffees because of the sugar content of DD and Bucks...

I bought instant crystals, because, well lets face it, Im lazy LOL. And International Delight in French Vanilla. I LOVE my coffee extra, extra aka extra light and extra sweet. And I found that three tablespoons of the ID does the trick! My iced coffee is only 109 cals! :) And it tastes pretty darn good too!!!

I have the Starbucks app on my iPhone, it lets me "create" a drink before I order so I know what I am in for, and I can just show the Barista (?) the screen and they write it down on the cup so I don't have to know the lingo

They don't have sugar free pumpkin flavoring, but it's not as bad if you go non-fat milk instead of whole. I think it's 150 calories that way. Still delicious. I treated myself to one last week.
