Good morning all... got home last night from an amazing weekend away with my husband at the beach! So good! And I did so good food-wise. Drank more alcohol than normal but it's so nice not to have to crawl my way out of a bad weekend. Ready to kick this week in the mouth! Let's go team!

My workouts burn right through my deodorant. I keep a stick at work now just in case I need to reapply during the day :)

Melatonin does weird things to me. I sleep in maybe 1/2 hour intervals and have CRAZY dreams during those short periods.

I use HWC in my coffee in the AM and am usually fine well into the afternoon. I should try the Ketoaide in the afternoon and see if I could make it until dinner. I love the idea of a BIG dinner :)

This is me! Clockwork! 2am. I'm awake anywhere from 1/2 hour to the rest of the night. Not an acronym but worth mentioning that "shark week" is also used to refer to the time of month for ladies. The first time I saw the expression it actually WAS shark week on TV and I was a bit confused for a while :)
