My son who play NCAA football and was very into training and fitness as you can imagine, told me that anything over a minute is really not a benefit for your body. We do better to break it up and add difficultly movements (lifting a leg, hip dips, side planks, etc.) I think mixing it up is good.

I love having a supportive husband. He tells me every single change he can see/feel/sense. But never once complained about my heavier weight. Always still told me I was beautiful. And eating this WOE to make it easier on me <3

I feel (and feel like I look) like I've had an eye lift. Instead of swollen, puffy eyes, my eye sockets are back to the way they are supposed to be. Maybe not like when I was 20 but good for this 46 y/o

I've got the fall buzz today too! It'll probably burn off quick cuz it's supposed to reach 97 degrees this afternoon. But I love this season. Love the mental boost this WOE gives me. Happy Hump Day!

It's a continual thing. I don't need to keep my sodium level up anymore either, but as soon as I feel a headache I'll have some bouillon or a pickle (some people drink pickle juice straight out of the jar *blech*!) It's like magic :)

Great job! Congratulations on that great loss. I am one who definitely functions (and losses) better with at least a little movement each day. I can eat at a significant deficit and unless I'm getting a little exercise in, won't see the scale budge at all. Maybe it would over time but I'm just to impatient for that.…

I'll step up my steps too :) I work 5 days a week at an 18 acre cemetery. I usually hit around 7000 no problem. I'll put in the extra work to hit 10,000 everyday in September. Go team!!

Same as above. Some days my calories are just so low I get a little concerned and then the next day I make up for it before noon. Eat when you're hungry. Don't force yourself when you're not.
