I've never really suffered from the keto flu symptoms. Until yesterday... I over-exercised yesterday and was having an *a-hem* intimate bedroom time with the husband when all of a sudden HOLY COW my foot cramped up so bad!! I jumped out of bed and yelled, "be right back honey! Gotta go drink some pickle juice" :)

I heard and read that there's not really a way to test it. You go by how you are feeling.... like you said, not hungry, energy, stable moods, clear thinking, etc. It feels pretty good :)

8/16 (oops - wrong date on last check-in) calories - over carbs - over 20 but under 50 :) water - 152oz exercise - no logging - yes HUGE seafood dinner last night that put me way over calories but not too bad on carbs. So worth it! The scale showed it today though.
