These are some appitizers I like to make: Nutty whole wheat baguette Herbed goat cheese Smoked salmon Directions: Cut the baguette into angled slices, toast. Spread herbed goat cheese onto slices and top with flaked smoked salmon. This is so good!

I was skeptical too. I have never been one to like cauliflower, but you can't even taste it. I made 48 of these little bites for a family gathering and they were gone within 20 min. Even the little kids (6-8 year olds) were eating seconds and thirds! Good luck!

I completed L1D4 today. It is grueling, but I am going to stick with it. I have started this DVD many, many times, but I have yet to complete the whole thing! I can't reiterate how happy I am to find other people who are also doing this at the same time!! Keep up the great work everyone!

I have had a cauliflower 'problem' in the past too. Thanks! I am trying to keep my sugar and intake low. I guess that's why the protein powder I'm using has a bad aftertaste (it's not sweetened with sugar).
