My First NSV!
Tonight when I got home from work I changed into my jeans from my work uniform and I realized that I could pull them on and off without unbuttoning and unzipping them! My husband is so proud of me and I am so happy with myself. It's these little victories in the journey that make it worthwhile.

Better Tasting Protein Powder?
I am currently drinking Jay Robb's Vanilla Whey Protein. I blend it with: 5 ice cubes, 1 tbl unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup decaf vanilla coffee, and 1/2 cup skim milk. Overall it tastes okay, but there is an extreme fake sugar aftertaste. Any suggestions on another powder?
