Training Advice for Sprint Triathlon

Greetings!
I have been training for the Iron Girl Triathlon (on August 18th) since mid January. I have been seeing a personal trainer 2X a week and on the other days I alternate running, biking, and swimming.
I am looking for some ideas/ help with a scheduling problem:
My trainer called me tonight and she is sick so I rescheuled her for tomorrow. Tomorrow is my swim day so I thought I could switch it to Saturday. I can't go swimming on Saturday because my pool is closed by the time I get off work.
I am in a dilemmia because I am skipping a swim day. This is OK, right?
Another issue, the pool is a college pool and will be closed for a week at the end of the month. Should I skip all 3 swim days that week or go to the YMCA and pay $10 per day ($30 total for the week).
Long story short, is it ok to skip here (and sub a bike/run) and there or will it bite me come August?
Thanks for any advice!
