No i do not add ghee lol i will go for 4 rotis per day then...2 in the morning and 2 in the lunch

it does get fit in my calories...but its really high in carb lol but again even gets fit in carbs

When i started my exercises i didn't lose anything else for first 3 weeks...but things got better soon :) keep working you will be fine..

lol i am same at times... :P Well how i have controlled is that i have 5 meals per day instead of 3 heavy meals which allows me to eat every 2-3 hours..

Its not that i am going to make chocolate my daily routine.. i just wanna make sure if its fits in my calorie limit...can i eat once or twice a week... and btw i eat 17g diary milk which has 95 calories and 10g carb with 4-5gm fat

Thanks for your response..i think i shud stick to MFP as i have lost 5 kgs in last 21 days..seems to be working :)
