It's recommended that you drink half your weight in oz's so if you're 300 lbs, you're supposed to drink 150 oz of water as minimum, equaling to 18 glasses of water

I weigh 330 lbs. For a person of my size, prior to taking health into consideration, I personally thought that it was vital for me to tell my family that I am beginning to sought to attaining fitness. Not in person though, but over facebook. I personally think it's annoying when I see people post on facebook every single…

I concur with this. I'm a biking fan myself, and I would highly recommend getting this app. measure your distance traveled, and at the end it gives you your average mph, and also the time. Add these numbers onto fitnesspal, and woop wopp you have the number.

Don't let numbers define you as a person. I weight myself in month like increments, but instead of putting emphasis on how much I weigh overall, I take pictures of my self and compare them gradually as I come closer to the end of the month

I honestly eat whenever I'm hungry. I don't have a strict schedule to be honest. As long as you're eating below your calorie, that's all that matters. But typically I consider breakfast meals to fall in the range of 8am-12pm xD lunch 12pm-6pm dinner 6pm- 12 am

You can do it, good luck <3

Enter your initial weight and update it and afterwards update it the next day or at the same time to update the weight loss.

You're either gaining muscle, or are eating a lot of sodium based foods and have subsequently allowed you body to go into water storing mode (which is known as water retention). 1200 calories a day (food), and 800 calorie work out sounds sufficient enough. Don't let numbers define you. Take pictures of yourself in…

I weigh 329 lbs I eat 1500 calories of food a day I burn 1200 calories a day doing cardio I do some weights, but don't really add up the calories for that at the end of the day. So yea, losing 2 lbs a week is reasonable and not aggressively high. Good luck :)

It's good to come out of your shell at times. I joined Myfitnesspal 3 weeks ago, and let me reassure you, the community over here is very welcoming and kind. Nobody is going to judge you. Heck, the vast majority of the people here have one goal- and that is to attain that perfect body figure. I'll send you a friend request…

HAHHAA, I get really angry when I succumb to temptations. Usually, I just drink a lot of water especially since our brain sometimes confuses thirst for hunger. But when I'm very hungry, I eat a PBJ or something light in general.
