I've read somewhere that eating sweets and treats actually makes you crave them more often. I'm not saying you should cut them out entirely but just save it for special occasion, or just every once in a while.

Having a big breakfast is actually good- it kick starts your metabolism for the day. I would keep in mind though that eating several times per day (like 5-6) is actually better than eating 3 big meals (or in your case, 2?)

I feel like everyone has to deal with this in some way or another during their weight loss journey. We have to find some balance in making sure our live choices for food/diet don't interfere with the other people around us, but at the same time, making sure we treat our bodies in such a way that will help us achieve this…

Abs aren't made in the gym- they are made in the kitchen! Take the time to look over what you've been eating and make sure that it all aligns with your goals. The exercise helps, but don't rely on that to lose the extra pounds around the belly!

I know exactly how you feel! I'm a first year grad student and I have had to come to terms with the fact that if I want going to the gym (and my health in general) to be a priority, I need to make sacrifices when it comes to study time and classes.
