I know there is probably a ton of topics about this - but, I wanted help specific to my issue.
I've always had somewhat of a belly my entire life, my feint when I was a teenager was atrocious. I am now 23, my diet is far much healthier.
My workout consists of:
Treadmill -
8 mins incline 8.0, 8.0 miles per hour
2 mins incline 8.0, 8.5 miles per hour
3 minutes incline 15.0, 4.5 miles per hour
7 minutes incline 8.0, 8.0 miles per hour
3 minutes incline 15.0, 4.5 miles per hour
1 minute 8.0 incline, 8.0 miles per hour
1 minute incline 8.0, 8.5 miles per hour
2 minute incline 8.0, 9.0 miles per hour
1 minute incline 8.0, 9.5 miles per hour
Weight training:
( I don't know what the machines are called, but I do three sets of everything)
Chest
Crunches
Legs
Gluts
Etc.. I know my weight training examples isn't helping but I exercise all parts of my body.
My stats:
6'2
180
Size 32 waist

Abs aren't made in the gym- they are made in the kitchen! Take the time to look over what you've been eating and make sure that it all aligns with your goals. The exercise helps, but don't rely on that to lose the extra pounds around the belly!0

you can't spot reduce...sorry and as said above eat at a deficet and it will go away...
eta your pics to show you need img..not IMG0 -
At 6'2" and only 180 lb, you may not want to actually lose 20 lb. I'm 5'11" and quite happy at about 170 lb.
But - you still have some excess body fat. Your body chooses to store it around you middle, but you can't choose where to lose it from. The only way to do that is to make sure you are eating at a slight deficit, get enough protein, and keep hitting the weights (to preserve the muscle).0 -
You need to lower your BF% not lose weight from looking at your pics although I know lots of guys who would kill to look like you do now.0

Any suggestions on how to lose body fat?0

Any suggestions on how to lose body fat?
Eat a lot of protein and lift heavy weights (preferably free weights over machines, so you can get in compound lifts like Deadlifts and Squats). This helps preserve lean muscle and recomposition your body. Your weight loss won't be as fast as when you mostly cardio, but you will lose inches and lower your BF% more quickly.0 -
Just keep going. The fat has to go away eventually. That is just likely the last place you will burn it.
FWIW, I carry most all of my extra weight in my stomach. I wear my pants on my gut. When I started this 90 pounds ago, I wore a 42 inch waist pants. For about 70 pounds of that I only lost about 3 inches. Over the past 20 I have lost another 3 and now I can feel the slightest weight loss in my belt adjustment. After all this work it is just finally taking down the worst area. That is how it goes. Just keep burning the fat and eventually you will lose it. It just takes time and patience.0
