I am loving the new muscles, but I have some weird ones in my calves. I have always had big calves and I don't think they are much smaller, but more muscular. But it feels really weird! They are actually on my shin area.

I am loving level two for the most part! Cardio is more fun and seems a little easier, except for the double jump rope. I'm doing single but on this level I don't seem to need to stop to rest at all! Level 2 Day 2........CHECK!! I was really sore in my arms and back but pushed through. I think as long as it's just soreness it's ok to keep pushing. Actually makes me feel better! Off for a hot shower!

Level 1 Day 9 ...check!! I finally got my alarm clock issue fixed, I ate a protein bar before exercise for energy, and made it through only stopping once during the last cardio session for a quick breather. Day 10 tomorrow then will attempt Level 2 on Sunday!!

Yeah, I'm an idiot. Went out last night with a friend. Skipped dinner, drank two Sangria swirls. Had a GREAT time, however had exactly ZERO energy this am and not enough time to eat anything. Not the smartest thing I've ever done for sure. Will work my *kitten* off Friday-Sunday though to get to level 2! You girls rock!

Well my stupid alarm did not go off again, but I did do about 15 min of the workout. I'm not going to be home tonight so had to get at least that in. I really need to get that alarm working!!

Level 1 Day 7....check!! Was tough today! I didn't get to do it in the am yesterday, so I did it last night. Then again this am. I don't know if that has something to do with it, or if I'm getting bored and ready to move on! Good job ladies!!

My alarm didn't go off this morning! So I didn't get to do it. I will have to make myself do it after work! Good news though....I think I have finally broken through my 3 month plateau...the scale actually went below 180 today for the first time in years!!

Level one Day 6....check! Didn't realize how hard it would be after skipping yesterday. I definitely need to be more consistent. Getting up at 5am at least 4 days this next week to complete this level!

Lol, that was what I had hoped would happen. That people would realize it's ok to take a little break or modify things a little until you get stronger. We aren't all Natalie's or Jillian's.....YET! Keep working it girls! We can do this! :drinker:

I was doing wall push ups but tomorrow will move to the counter. My wrists just aren't strong yet. I also skip rope one foot at a time. I guess I had more confessions than I thought I did, lol. :blushing:
