How is cardio going to help you maintain muscle mass? Also:
-
No, they said you can't spot reduce. To lose the fat, you need to eat in a deficit (which you are doing) and be patient.
-
Great job! Soon it will feel weird to be in other sections of the gym (or maybe that's just me).

They are definitely chewier than normal pasta so they work better in some dishes than others. You definitely have to experiment with them.

Myth. OP- do whatever works for you. Check out http://www.leangains.com/2010/10/top-ten-fasting-myths-debunked.html. Lots of links to studies and reviews there.

31 female 5'4 135lb size 8 Eventually I'll drop the lower body fat!

That sounds about right to me. I have a bodymediafit and I normally burn about 2200 calories with ST alone and I'm only 5'4", 135. Also, since you're in a healthy weight range, it's slower to lose at this point. You should aim for .5 lb/wk.

Plus Lyle has a ton of great articles on his site. Also, alanaragon.com. Although they're not books, the articles on both of these sites are definitely worth reading.

Agreed.

Better late than never!

^ This was exactly who I thought of when I read the OP.

This is from January. I'm going to have to take a more recent shot so I can compare.

It depends. How pointy are your elbows?

Agreed!

I've used both and I would do the mirena again in a heartbeat (can't due to hormonal issues) but I got the paraguard out after 1 1/2 years. It was horrible. TMI time: I had clots the size of silver dollars, heavy bleeding for 2 weeks, and had severe PMS for the week before (worse than I've ever had it- I felt so rage…

Mine too! In the winter, we call them poopsicles. [I know, so gross]

Well, my husband is 6'185lbs and burns about 5000 calories/day. So he can eat a lot of food but he makes sure he hits his macros so he's not just eating whatever he wants. However, when you have that many calories a day to work with, you can eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's and have some calories for cheetos (what he's eating…

Bro's are curling in one squat rack and doing shrugs in the other.

I'm 5'4" 135 lbs and I'm doing 145x3x5. I just made the switch a couple weeks ago from SLDL. I lower the weights but they probably still clang a bit when they hit the floor.

http://youtu.be/Izc-s4zJ1g4 ^ words can't even describe. Even though it's old, I still love it.

The part I bolded is incorrect. You're supposed to figure your exercise into that equation. Therefore, if you have a desk job yet work out 3-5 times a week, you're not sedentary. You're moderately active and you should instead multiply by 1.55. You would then subtract your calories and not add in your exercise calories. It…

My husband and I do but we go to a gym. I don't have the space to have a power rack in my house. So, the kids go to the kid club there and we have our "date time". Granted (with the exception of spotting each other on bench) we're really just lifting in the same vicinity. We have a set schedule that we follow…

Bwahahaha!

Wait! You mean Black Friday isn't a religious experience! I like to think of it as one (complete with the post shopping drunkenness).
-
Is it wrong that I took black Friday off but not Good Friday? I'm not Christian but I would have liked the day off.

Abs/obliques, lats, delts (mmm, striations), thighs. I guess I can't pick just one!

Well, I'm only 5'4" but I've had good results (lifting since September).
