Completely agree. I actually rinse, then boil the noodles to get rid of the smell. Or get someone else to do it so the stench doesn't cling to your nostrils. How can you not understand that it's not cool to say that about anyone? In this example, you're insulting skinny girls. Of course you wouldn't be offended by it. If there was a thread that said "men who don't like women that are fat", would you find that insulting?

I don't want to sound like an @sshole but my goal body is my own. I just want to lose the cellulite and see my abs. If I were to focus on someone else's awesome body, I would be disappointed in how mine ends up. That being said, maybe try google image "fitness models".

Bodymedia is the parent company of bodybugg (they licensed it to anytime fitness)..They sell the bodymedia fit. I just got it last week and so far it's showing my non exercise days as higher than what I had thought my maintenance was (on deload so I haven't had an accurate gym day yet).

I just got a BMF and it's been showing 2000 cal's on a non lifting day for me (and you know I don't do cardio). I think your calorie count is too low which is leading (in part) to the binges. If I restrict too much, I'm more likely to binge. Try upping your cal's for a while. ^ great definition of BMR. A BMF is a bodymedia fit. It's made by the same company that makes the bodybugg and it tracks your daily calorie burn. To answer Sunshine: My BMF is showing 2000 on non workout days. I'm going to the gym in about 15 minutes so I'm excited to see my burn tomorrow am. :happy: Edit: I'm 5'4" 133 lbs

I would do sl because I found the NROLFW program to be overly complicated. I think sticking with just compounds is great for a beginner (and what I'm doing since I've only been lifting for 8 months now). But honestly, you won't go wrong either way.

It's all in the wording. The topic is "woman who don't like men with tons of muscles". If a guy posted "Men who don't like women with tons of fat", there would be a sh*tstorm. Now it would be perfectly acceptable here for them to post "Men who don't like women with tons of muscle." There is a definite bias on this site…
