Why are you so stressed about going over your sugar? I don't even track my sugar and I'm still having great results.

The opposite can also be true. A couple of years ago I switched to a completely clean diet and lasted only a few months before I binged and my weight rebounded. I now practice IIFYM and have been far more successful at sustaining that. It truly is a matter of personal preference.

We sat outside for dinner tonight and my daughter pointed out the two stars. At first, my husband told her they were probably planes. I don't think I'll wake her up to tell her they are actually planets, not stars.

I had a deep fried Juicy Lucy. Everyone else loved it but I was not a fan. Edit: I should also say, I have had many regular juicy lucys and love them.

If you look through my diary, you'll see a wide variety of different slow churned flavors. Right now, I'm actually eating the Target brand (market pantry). The peanut butter cup is fabulous, undecided on caramel cup (haven't got far enough in to the container to test the mix in ratio for real).

How tall are you and what do you weigh? When you are in a healthy weight range, it's extremely difficult to lose. What you should expect/set up for: 20 lbs or less to lose: ½ lb loss per week 20-50 lbs to lose: 1 lb loss per week 50 – 75 lbs to lose: 1.5 lb loss per week 75 lbs or more to lose: 2 lb loss per week

I didn't see this earlier. Thank you! :flowerforyou: I do compounds 3x4-6 3x/wk. I realized I wasn't pushing myself nearly as hard in the gym as I could so I've really been going at it hard the last 6 weeks (minus 1 week deload).

OP, I completely understand. Nothing compares to a honeycrisp. I will eat granny smith (with peanut butter or pb2). I've recently found pinatas, which are pretty crisp and sweeter than a granny smith. The first batch I had tasted good but the second had a weird flavor. I'm going to try them again to see.
