Its been proven that calling someone fat tends to encourage negative behaviours with food. It is honestly none of her concern. If she really cared, set up a fitness class 3x a week for free, offering school children the ability to run around for an hour.

Yeah because you're on a deficit. However carbs is just sugar, and sugar in large quantities aren't that great for us.

nawh, your body is way too intelligent to hold onto "toxins" I mean, wtf does that even mean?! That said, mentally its quite nice to have a "cleanse". Feels like a fresh slate. I wouldn't do it because some guy who deals with backs says so, it just doesn't make any sense.

I would probably cut the calories to 1,400 and I would avoid so much carbs. You're eating about 200grams a day, when I usually eat about 10. Thats just my two pence though C:

I avoid carbs, they seem to reflect weight a lot more than just calories. So I would probably have them as a 1-a week treat.

Honestly? I would just enjoy your one cheat. If you only cheat once a month all is well! You are allowed to have good food y'know! Perhaps even do some exercise this week to validate it C: Unless Indian food isn't something you 100% enjoy, then keep with what people have offered!

Your body knows how to clean itself, and fruit really isn't the best thing to constantly pump into your body, you'll get plenty of spikes of energy and huge drops. I would personally just do some intermittent fasting instead.

Digital scales are NOT precise. Also it really does depend on the person, you can't just put a number on someone and say they're healthy, thats like saying one person at 130lbs is fat and the other is too skinny. It is all entirely on the person. Let her decide, its her body and up to her if she wants to gain weight or not.

The UK doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, but I am a little nervous about Christmas. I have told my family I do not want chocolate though, so hopefully they don't get me food treats. That way I can avoid any excess. Also its easy enough to have a few carbs on Christmas day as long as it doesn't go from 1 day to 20!

I guestimate and then add another 30%. As we usually underestimate by quite a large portion, so its far easier to overshoot than f.u.c.k. up entirely!
