No offense, but you are entirely wrong. No, your body does not go into starvation mode. This does not exist, unless you're actually starving.

Ooooh noooo!!! 2 whole days?! Haha no, you'll gain water weight. I broke my diet last weekend and I still have a bit of extra water weight, but if you're just a little stricter its fine. I'm doing an egg fast now to bump my fats up.

I eat 900-1200 doing IF and Keto, and have no issues. If I have a particularly strenuous day I'll eat more, but on low energy/not so taxing days I just eat less.

I do IF, and sometimes I even just eat one meal. I aim for less than my goal normally so I would be super happy to be cutting 150cals under. That said, if you're not hungry, why eat?

I would recommend eating more fat and less carbs, bread, sugar, pasta, rice etc. You don't have to cut them out entirely but I would try to eat less. I use 7 weeks, which is an app that is like a checkbox for each day, I enjoy checking it. Also, I usually find recipes in the evening for the week, so I have things to look forward too. Plan ahead and then its not too tricky. You can use frequent foods, it takes like 2 minutes a day and is well worth it.

There was literally a study about perhaps it being more to do with gut flora? That said, maybe its high sugar foods that are causing the environment for this, that said, its always good to not be squish! I eat low GI/Keto, and I feel much healthier for it :)

You do know people fast, right? Its actually been proven to be healthy to eat less because your body repairs cell damage rather than replace it, which has helped longevity and the problem with chromosones getting shorter each time, which eventually equals into problems like cancer.

Low blood pressure means you'll feel faint, dizzy and sometimes get tunnel vision. I would consume more salt and potassium. If I don't manage my food well my hair falls out, due to lack of protein. This happened when I didn't have access to food.

I count macros and make sure my percentages are on, but I also try to make sure I'm hitting calorie goals. Got to have a 70% intake of fat. Its tricky!

900-1200 in;b4 OMG YOU SHOULD EAT 1,200 AT LEAST OR YOU'LL GO INTO STARVATION MODE. Seriously, I'm fine. I eat till I'm full. On Keto its hard to actually reach your calorie goal.

Keto breakfasts are usually too much for me, I have a double cream and coffee, and wait till lunch to eat. When I'm not feeling sick from all the fat! Haha! I did love to eat egg nests though! They're super light! Omelette with onions aren't too heavy, since bacon all the time gets a bit dull.

High fat low carb diets are really coming into light at the moment, there have been so many studies proving its effectiveness on weightloss and a healthy overall goal. I don't mind butter, I don't eat buckets of the stuff but if I fry I may use butter, why not? I also eat **** loads of cheese. I love cheese <3

The problem with protein is once you consume more protein than your fat your protein turns into glucose, I would try to up your intake ( are you hungry? Or doing this because of your calorie goals?) by having something with more fat. Ie, omelette with cheese.

Consistency, I'm okay until I break. Then I just find it super difficult to get back into it. The other day I made a carb free pizza, it was disgusting. Took me 4 days of crap food to get back into it. Which is fine, but sometimes it can take weeks >: I kick myself from being 6lbs from my goal D:

You're exercising, excercise encourages water weight ( its okay, this is to repair your poor muscles! ) also, your muscles will start to grow and fat will reduce, it won't feel like a change! I suggest getting a measuring tape.
