I had forgotten about the Kenpo this week...that does kick my butt, and I have yet to try Core Synergistics! My main concern was the 2 Stretch days & Yoga (which isn't as big of a calorie burner for me). I'm sure it will balance itself out. I'll just keep going with it and be diligent about my calories this week! Thanks…

I like this idea of a "cheat" meal or snack! In a way, I have been trying to do that. When I know we are going to want pizza that night, watching my calories during they day & planning for it. I just wish I could have one day with all my vices lol....not worth it in the long run, I guess :) I did cave tonight a little, so…
