  • Prep? I wish! I teach 4th grade so I get no breaks unless they are at P.E. I loooooove P.E. days! I actually get to see the bathroom in the middle of the day! lol

  • I started out originally with almost 200 lbs to lose. I've got about 110 lbs left. MFP has helped TONS :)
  • PCOS, Type II Diabetes, Asthmatic, etc.. I've lost almost 100 lbs. You can do it. You just have to eat/exercise correctly. I keep my carb intake below 75 a day.   • I just recently stopped diet drinks completely a month ago. My skin has cleared up, the redness and acne is going away. I've not gotten heartburn in weeks. My energy level has increased. Without looking at the research and just looking at that, you can see the diet sodas are bad for you.
