9/3 was great for me too! I was and still am sore from my ab / cardio kickboxing workout 9/2, but I was able to jog 5 minutes straight last night for the first time since high school (13 years ago). I'm loving reading everyone's updates as well - keep up the great work!

I ran for 5 minutes straight yesterday. Considering I haven't run since high school (which was 13 years ago) I definitely consider that a victory!

9/2 was not a great day for me, but somehow I managed to be under my calorie goal. I splurged on Burger King for lunch, which I did end up feeling guilty about, but I made sure to work extra hard doing some cardio kickboxing and a stability ball ab workout on Youtube. I'm doing day 2 of Couch to 5K tonight!

9/1 was a good day for me as well. I started day 1 of C25K and worked in some free weights with my arms afterwards.

I had a great day yesterday! Was under my calorie goal and did 3.1 miles in under 45 minutes. I even ran some of it - about 3 minutes total, but it's a start. Starting Couch to 5K on Sunday.

I will join the group! I always start it and then slack off after a few days. Let's do 30 days straight! Now, I just need to buy a new scale to replace my old one which all of the sudden told me I weight 30 lbs less that I usually do. :laugh:

I SO did not want to do it this morning, but I did anyway. I am on day 3 of level 1. Haven't lost any weight yet this week, have actually gained but we will see what the results are after the first week. I need to remember to not get frustrated!
